STORES BARGAINING UNIT BACKGROUND

The Stores Bargaining Unit joined Local 223 on June 5th, 1953. The Bargaining Unit currently has 160 members who work in PRIMARY WAREHOUSING, SECONDARY WAREHOUSING (Electric & Gas), MATERIAL TRANSPORTATION, INVESTMENT RECOVERY,POWERPLANT SUPPLY and POLE DISTRIBUTION & RECLAMATION.

This list is of the moves associated with the redeployment efforts in M&L. It reflects the moves to MEP and the backfill based on canvass sheets filled out by the membership.





Congratulations To Eddie Payne on his election as Stores Bargaining Unit Recording Secretary and Paul Wolatis on his election as Bargaining & Grievance Committee Member. Eddie and Paul Will take office January 1st. The stores Executive Board looks forward to working with these two men as we go through a difficult period.

The Bargaining Unit wants to thank our longtime Recording Secretary Bill St Clair for his service to this Bargaining Unit. He Will be missed by all, particulairily by the Stores Executive Board.
